Export boundary
A private export includes your own account data, your own raw answers, your own partner predictions, and allowed shared summaries. It must not include your partner's raw answers. Export retention, expiration, and jurisdiction-specific privacy rights still need counsel review before external testing.
Deletion boundary
Account deletion should revoke active sharing consent, sign you out, and explain what is deleted, what may remain as a privacy-safe shared summary for another participant, and what may need limited retention for security, legal, or operational reasons after lawyer review.
Sensitive relationship data
Nevonah treats assessment answers, predictions, report summaries, scenarios, agreements, invitations, and consent records as sensitive relationship data. Users should not enter crisis content, legal questions, medical questions, or details they would not want stored in a private-beta system.
Reports are not verdicts
Reports, scores, conversation prompts, scenarios, and agreements are decision-support tools. They are not therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, matchmaking, prediction, compatibility verdicts, or instructions about marriage, separation, children, relocation, or cohabitation.
Privacy policy status
This page explains the product privacy model for founder-only private beta readiness. It is not a complete Privacy Policy. A counsel-reviewed Privacy Policy, data retention policy, deletion policy, age eligibility decision, jurisdiction-specific notices, and monitored support process remain required before inviting external testers or launching publicly.
